About
A studio for honest pipeline visibility
DataSync Center grew out of late-night incident calls in Petaling Jaya — the kind where everyone stares at a dashboard and still cannot agree what broke.
Mission
We teach teams to treat observability as a shared craft: naming signals carefully, choosing visuals that survive noise, and reviewing boards before they calcify into folklore.
Our focus is a Data Visualization and Analytics Platform for Real-Time Data Pipeline Observability — not as a brand slogan, but as a practical operating surface for streaming work.
Pedagogy
How we teach
Short theory, long critique
Concepts take minutes. Most of the hour is spent reading real layouts and arguing about what a chart omits.
Mixed-role rooms
Engineers, analysts, and product partners sit together so vocabulary sticks outside the classroom.
Malaysia-rooted, APAC-aware
Examples reflect regional latency, vendor mix, and the reality of distributed teams across time zones.
Community
Alumni join quarterly signal-review meetups — informal sessions where teams bring a dashboard that has started to drift. No sales pitch, just peer eyes on hard problems.
Student journey
- Share a rough map of your pipelines and pain points.
- Join a cohort or workshop matched to that map.
- Leave with owners, lag budgets, and a review ritual.
- Return for clinics when incidents expose new gaps.
